About Raquel

I used to struggle to maintain a consistent workout routine. I couldn’t find the motivation to get off the couch and stop watching netflix. I only meditated and tried healthy things when I really needed to, then would stop shortly after.

I was easily influenced by other people’s behaviors. If I didn’t want to drink but other people did, I would do it just to fit in.

I didn’t know anyone else on the same path as me and felt like I had to do everything by myself. I was lacking motivation and didn’t see the purpose of trying.

I was stuck in the loop of telling myself I wasn’t a morning person and continuing to behave that way even though I didn’t want to. I was drinking way too much to avoid my feelings. It wasn’t until I went through a devastating break up that made me hit rock bottom.

I knew I had to rebuild my relationship with myself because what I was doing wasn’t working for me, and if I continued on the same path I wasn’t going to end up where I wanted to be. This is when I decided to change my habits.

I knew I had to rebuild my relationship with myself because what I was doing wasn’t working for me, and if I continued on the same path I wasn’t going to end up where I wanted to be. This is when I decided to change my habits.

I started by using the same systems and processes I teach in my coaching programs. It took me a while to figure it out but little by little, I made changes that compounded into transformation. I stopped drinking, I started to put myself first, I created a morning routine, I started exercising daily, meditating, practicing gratitude and journaling. I adopted healthy coping mechanisms that changed my life.

With the momentum of my new habits, I started to dive deeper into my personal growth and explore my purpose. I created additional habits that allowed me to grow my Instagram and create a coaching business that helps people change their habits and teaches them to love themselves.

The more disciplined I grew, the more I started to prove to myself that I can be anyone I want to be. I learned how to love myself and keep my promises. I started to feel happier and healthier everyday. My confidence started to build and I finally felt proud of what I accomplished. Now every morning I wake up and am in love with my life and my routine. I am so proud of what I created and it all started by changing my habits.

Habits are the little things we overlook every single day. What we don’t realize is, it’s the little things that completely change the trajectory of our lives.

Because of my teachings, my clients have been able to prioritize themselves, build habits that bring them peace, and feel happier and healthier everyday.
