I am a Certified Life Coach, Wellness Influencer and Creator of The Healthy Habit Bootcamp™.
Everything I do revolves around self-love. I firmly believe that the most important relationship you have in life is the one you share with yourself. That’s why it’s so important to take care of you!
As a recovering people-pleaser, I know how diminishing it can be to live life constantly focused on other people, instead of your own needs.
People-pleasing made me feel small. Once I broke free from the cycle, I started to become the main character in my life. I was able to launch my coaching business, show up online in front of thousands of people, move to Costa Rica, raise my standards in dating, say no to things that weren’t aligned with my values, and create a life that felt right for me, even if no one else understood.
