Q: Who is The Healthy Habit Bootcamp™ for? Should I join?
The Healthy Habit Bootcamp™ is for hard working women who want to make time for themselves and build healthy habits that last. If you have struggled to stick with your healthy habits in the past, this bootcamp is made for you.
The first module is released January 14th, 2024. After that you’ll receive one module per week until the completion of the course. All worksheets and bonuses will be released on the same schedule.
You can go at your own pace. You’ll also get lifetime access so you can start slow, or go fast; it’s your call. There are also several wins you can get even in the first module, so if you log in and watch, you’re already ahead of the crowd. Plus, the online modules are short, easy to digest, and engaging to watch. All group coaching calls will be recording and sent out to the group.
